I "chatted" customer support on the website at around 4:15 pm est about a PH probe mount for my calcium reactor on my high end only Acro tank. By 4:45 pm that same day ... The part was in the mail shipped priority !! Customer service does not get any better than that !! I wasn't sure what to expect having never used PM's customer support, but with what happened today ... I'm a Precision Marine calcium reactor user for life

I had never ordered a sump like this before, so my first time was scary but I talked to PM customer service a few times and decided to pull the trigger. After I placed the order it was the smoothest transaction I have ever had to make. The sump arrived and the craftsmanship is unbelievable. No air bubbles trapped in seams, just a beautiful, well designed sump.

I received my sump and am very excited to build my new system! The sump is gorgeous! If anyone is looking for an oversized sump,this is it! This design leaves you with countless options for different returns or overflow designs, huge return bulkheads. Lots of space for bigger skimmers. There really are no other off the shelf sumps that have all these options and size for all of your equipment.
